My name is Brooke Ackley. I am a Professional Makeup Artist located in the Frederick and Westminster, MD Area. I started as a self-taught artist at 16 years old. Then went and got my Makeup Certification in the year 2022. Makeup has taught me self-love, self-care & beauty from within myself.
